Global Mala day hosted
by the Unity Church in Frederick, MD and produced by Amanda
Shala and Maria Garre. The event is from 1-5 including a silent
auction, as follows:
1-1:30 - prayer and meditation
1:30-3 - 108 sun salutations
3-4 - 54 minutes of yoga class
4:30 - close silent auction
4-5 - prayer, meditation, singing and closing remarks.
There is no required sign up or fee for this day, it is all
for a charitable donation for the Cambodian Children's Fund,
receiving 100%.
